Stories From Here is an audio walking tour that invites you to see Bankstown through young people’s eyes. Across the suburb, posters with QR codes will play stories written and recorded by young people about the places that matter to them. The ordinary street corner you’re standing on will become a place that matters when you know it’s a personal landmark for someone. You’ll also access a map to find the rest of the stories, sharing the often-hidden worlds of young people that exist parallel to the adult-designed world.

Bring your headphones! There are three ways to play:

• Ticketed tour ($15 + booking fee) One of the young artists will guide you on foot. Choose side A or side B, or stop for lunch and do both. Tours depart from Bankstown Arts Centre, 5 Olympic Pde, Bankstown  
• Free self-guided tour Take your time walking through the streets of Bankstown, stopping for bahn mi and bubble tea as you please in-between story stops.
